Street Context — Head of Design, then Product
Second employee. 11 years there. Helped take it to the de facto sales enablement platform used by most Tier 1 financial institutions. 65+ NPS, net-negative churn during my tenure. Acquired by BlueMatrix in 2025.

Recruited by a former colleague to lead product and design. Cut delivery cycles from 3–6 months to 2–6 weeks. Built the first customer discovery program. Saved at-risk enterprise renewals.
